FRANK REILLY

While in law school, Frank clerked at the University of Florida’s General Counsel’s Office and became an Assistant General Counsel upon graduation. Since then, Frank has worked in private practice with government agencies and partners.
Frank is a local farmer and a government contracts attorney. He represents clients under Florida’s Right to Farm Act and the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) program. The SDVOSB program is a federal initiative that supports small businesses owned and operated by service-disabled veterans in competing for federal contracts.
Since 2000, Frank has worked on environmental contracts including Peanut Island Environmental Remediation, Conservation and Expansion (West Palm Beach, FL), Lake Okeechobee Water Retention Phosphorus Removal, Remediation and Conservation (Lake Okeechobee, FL), Nubbin Slough Stormwater Treatment Area Expansion (Lake Okeechobee, FL), Tamiami Trail Waterflow Restoration (Everglades National Park, FL), and the Bark Camp Mine Reclamation project (Pennsylvania).
